Instructions:
You can install the eKEY software application for iPhone or iPad using the App Store.
Download the eKEY application:
On your iPhone or iPad, select the App Store icon.
Select Search and search for Supra eKEY.
Select the Supra eKEY application.
Select the FREE button and then select INSTALL.
When the software is installed, the eKEY icon is shown in your list of applications.
Demo mode is available for customers who have not yet subscribed to eKEY service. Demo mode allows you to view the eKEY software but you cannot interact with keyboxes.
Your eKEY must be authorized before it can be used outside of Demo Mode. You will need your 30-digit authorization code.
Authorize your eKEY software:
Select the eKEY icon to open the application.
Select Activate eKEY.
Follow the onscreen prompts to enter your 30-digit authorization code.
Select Authorize.
Your device will automatically authorize and update the eKEY to access Supra electronic keyboxes. You may check the Help & How-To page about Authorizing your eKEY Software.
