After your Board/MLS paperwork is processed you will be able to request access to the eKey System. Please fill out the following form:

You will be joining the Nexus Association of Realtors as a Secondary Association in order to get access to the eKey system.

Your application will be processed within 72 hrs. If you do not hear from them please contact Nexus for an update using the contact information below.

Once your application is processed you will receive a Welcome Email.

Respond to this email requesting eKey access and they will contact you with the remaining steps.

If you need assistance with your Supra Key or Lockbox after MORR’s business hours or during the weekend. Supra is available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM – 1-877-699-6787.

Before a Member can obtain a Supra Key, the member MUST complete the following steps:

– Be a member of MORMLS (both ACTIVE and in good standing)
– Possess an Active Real Estate license
– Have access to the MLS
– Be acquainted with the MLS Rules & Regulations regarding the key guidelines

Please note: Members are NOT allowed to share keys or borrow keys from another member.

Once a member has completed the above steps, the member can come to any one of MORR’s two locations to activate an eKey. Key assignments take several minutes and eKey assignment can take place remotely, over the phone by calling 732-918-1340 x119.

Please note: If you have an iPhone and wish to download the eKey application, be prepared to have your Apple ID and password readily available for your eKey appointment. We cannot assist in retrieving your iTunes information.
