There is one additional fee applicable to top producing agents that exceed $250,000 in gross commission income. That additional fee is an extra $1000 for every $250,000 increment in their gross commission income. For example, if you make $1 million dollars in gross commissions, your first $250,000 is covered in the fees you pay, and the other $750,000 would cost you another $3,000 for the whole year.
Other than that we do not have any franchise fees or additional fees as we hate paying them just as much as you do. We believe in being fully transparent and all of our fees are clearly outlined in the commission explainer video.
Keep in mind, there are dues to being a real estate agent. Below is a breakdown of those that will apply to you.

EVENTS
On occasion we do live events which can have a fee to purchase tickets. Fees can range from $35-$50 which typically covers the food and the venue costs. We also hold an Annual Black-Tie Event celebrating the previous year where agents typically bring their spouse at the cost of $99/person.
