This article provides step-by-step guidance for creating and setting up your BoldTrail account at Signature Realty NJ. It ensures your access is secure, complete, and ready for daily operations.


When to Use This

  • You have received your BoldTrail invitation email

  • You need help logging in for the first time

  • You’re unsure how to complete authentication or set up your password


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Check your email for your BoldTrail invitation

You’ll receive an email from [email protected] with your name and a setup link.

Step 2: Click the link to begin account setup

This will bring you to a password creation page.

Step 3: Enter your email to trigger a password reset

A password reset link will be emailed to you for security.

Step 4: Create and confirm your new password

Use a secure password you’ll remember.

Step 5: Set up two-step authentication (required)

  • Enter your mobile number

  • A code will be texted to you

  • Enter the code to complete verification

Step 6: Log in to your BoldTrail account

Use your new password to sign in securely.

Step 7: (Recommended) Use a password manager

We recommend using a tool like 1Password or LastPass to store your credentials securely.

Step 8: Make sure your 2FA phone number is accessible

You’ll need it anytime you log in or reset your password.

Step 9: Watch the welcome video after logging in

This provides orientation on how BoldTrail works.

Step 10: Accept the Terms of Service

After the video, you’ll be prompted to agree to the terms. This completes your setup.
